What’s New in West Ranch?

Summer is an exciting time in West Ranch, with the opening of the highly anticipated south side, new amenities and new models.

Five new decorated models are now open, complimenting the three beautifully appointed models which opened earlier this year by Partners in Building, Trendmaker Homes and Toll Brothers.

Now, visitors to West Ranch can be among the first to see a new collection of patio home designs by Village Builders and Coventry Homes’ debut in the community.

Located in the Reserve, the new Village Builders model is just one of the many new patio home floor plans now offered in West Ranch. The lovely one-story model is one of a number of brand new patio home designs available from Village Builders in West ranch priced from the $250,000s.

Coventry Homes has just opened a stunning new two-story model in West Lake. A wine grotto, two-story family room, theater-style media room and outdoor living area are among the many highlights of this two-story design. Next door, Village Builders has opened its new decorated model that features a striking two-story entry, a first-floor guest suite, a veranda, and a media room just off the game room. Homes in this neighborhood are built on home sites that average 75 feet in width. New homes are priced from the $350,000s.

Highland Homes and Village Builders have opened new model homes in Lake Ridge, West Ranch’s 65-foot program where homes are priced from the $300,000s. Highland Homes’ new two-story model will impress visitors with its display of impressive included features as well as some of the options that are available to buyers. A two-story entry, first-floor guest suite, large study and open central living area that overlooks the outdoor living area. Village Builders’ new model next door, also has a first-floor guest suite, a spacious kitchen and large formal dining room, a second floor home work/computer area and spacious secondary bedrooms.

Amenities for all ages

The new lake that is enhancing the scenic surrounds in West Ranch is also providing a limited number of prime home sites. A bridge and walking trails are planned for this new amenity that promises to be a favorite among residents.

The community’s second recreation center which will be located in the south side of West Ranch is in the final design stages with construction planned to start in the fall.

The new West Ranch recreation center will overlook the lake and feature a clubhouse with a large meeting room and rest rooms. The site will also have a six-lane competition-size pool. The new clubhouse will be very similar in style and size to that of the one in our Conroe community of Graystone Hills.

The new recreation complex is planned to open for the summer, 2012 season.

Newest Section Now Open
Highland Homes and Toll Brothers are now offering new homes in the newly opened section of Lakeside, where home sites average 80 feet in width. Sales and information on this newest West Ranch neighborhood are now available in the Highland Homes and Toll Brothers sales offices.

Traffic light at FM 518

Another welcomed feature in the community is the new traffic light, which will be located at the north and south entrances of West Ranch at FM 518. Now under construction, the light is planned to be complete and operational by August, before the start of school.
